Dean Mohr (Creative Director/Founder)

After studying interactive design & animation at Hitchin Arts College, Dean began his early career as an Interface Designer for DeadExpert Inc, developing concepts for software interfaces. He then went on to work for renowned creative design studios Space (Chelmsford) and Scope City (London) as a Flash designer & project manager. It was during this time Dean discovered a passion for business and left with his sights set on launching his own studio with new business partner Harry LeCarpentier.

Today, as Creative Director, Dean is largely responsible for creative direction behind each individual project Shy Studios undertake. When he is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his daughter, thinking of new ideas for Shy, drumming & eating fish. You can also follow Dean on twitter @dean_mohr.

Harry LeCarpentier (Sales & Marketing Director)

Harry started his Sales & Marketing career at the early age of 16. He soon discovered a passion for sales and went on to grow & expand his skill set, developing his business knowledge with the launch of his own enterprise LCP Consulting Ltd at the age 21. LCP Consulting Ltd provided business coaching, support and outsourced sales for corporate clients such as Xerox® UK and it was here where he discovered the value of exceeding expectations in customer service and how this creates lasting business relationships.

Today, Harry is responsible for overseeing the management of Shy Studios clients and maintaining solid communication between our customers and internal departments. Outside of the office Harry can be found playing & teaching the guitar and being a social butterfly. 

Vincent Coleman (Technical Director)

Vincent Coleman studied at The University Of Southampton from 2005 - 2010 and gained his Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Whilst at the University he developed the prototype system for managing final year projects (dissertations), this greatly improved productivity and efficiency within the University's admin department. Since joining the company in 2010 Shy Studios has already greatly benefited from Vincent's technical expertise and knowledge of development languages.

Vincent heads up the technical advancements within Shy Studios, including our hugely popular and powerful IMPERIUM CMS. He has also recently developed Shy's very own in-house customer database system. When he's not surrounded by multiple monitors of code, he enjoys RC Racing, engineering, mountain biking and even more computer programming. He just loves code!
