Technical Support

Dedicated technical support is offered with each website or development project we undertake. This covers a wide variety of optional support features including server and hosting maintenance, software or hardware faults, server migrations, daily server storage and script backups.

Ongoing updates are also included and cover adding additional website content & features, minor design changes and regular information updates. In addition to our web design & development support, maintenance packages are also offered for all search engine optimisation projects, these include keyword research, web stats, traffic reports, search engine position reports, competitor research, Google trend research and continued editing of both off & on page SEO.
